The Four Immeasurables

Buddha taught many topics of meditation, but one of the most direct and profound is topic of The Four Immeasurables. These direct and simple explanations cover four specific aspects for development on the path to embracing Refuge and Bodhichitta. the cultivation of loving-kindness, compassion, appreciative joy and equanimity.

This Sunday's teaching will be on these four important aspects of viewing our practice. The Four Immeasurables is a Traditional Tibetan Buddhist Prayer:

"May all beings have happiness and the cause of happiness.
May they be free of suffering and the cause of suffering.
May they never be disassociated from the supreme happiness which is without suffering.
May they remain in the boundless equanimity, free from both attachment to close ones and rejection of others.
"
